Besides dark colors for Winter, I also like to wear light gray.  I usually pair it with darker colors, but today I decided to combine it with silver and stripes.  A pop of pink and statement necklace and you are ready to go.  If it's not warm enough to wear bare legs, you can add black opaque tights and booties instead.  I would wear this to work and to happy hour.

A few nights ago I went to a Stella & Dot jewelry party.  I loved a ton of pieces that Stella & Dot has, so much that I'm really thinking about becoming a stylist with them.  I purchased the "renegade" bracelet and can't wait until it's at my door!  I had about 10 other wishlist items that my Stylist took note of and is going to email my hubby my wishlist, so he can get me some things for Xmas and my bday in January.  I thought that was such a great idea!  This is also good if I become a S&D Stylist, I know exactly what I'm going to add to my collection to bring to trunk shows.  Anyway, I selected this fun red Stella & Dot statement necklace and cz studs to style for work with a fun striped skirt and black peplum top.

On such a gorgeous Fall day, a guy could still get away with shorts and just put some layers on top.  I went a little trendier and mixed prints.  Staying in the same color scheme of blues, it makes everything flow.

Love this new dress I just bought from GAP.  It's perfect for work and also a night out.  Last week I went to Girls Night Out at the Westchester Mall with 3 of my girlfriends.  It was so fun!  There was a fashion makeover show with 3 lady's that were in need of a makeover and they ended up looking great.  There was a ton of vendors lined up giving out food and wine samples and a lot of the stores were giving discounts to shop that night.  It was a great night to get together with my ladies and see the new Fall fashion and try some tasty goodies from nearby White Plains restaurants.

Found this jumpsuit at zara.com and its supercute and great price at $70.  I styled it two ways, one for work and then you can totally dress this down for the weekend.  Throw on your pearls and you are work appropriate.  I added some funk with the leopard belt.  Some sandals and loving this anchor necklace for the weekend.

Trying to figure out what to wear while sitting in the car for 4+ hours and still look cute on our way to Cape Cod AND be ready to jump right in to vaca mode!  I figure a bright comfy dress with some fun jewelry, wedges and a fedora to cover my wind blown hair is the perfect combo.  Counting down the days.....

Loving this Old Navy trench coat and it's price!  I styled it 2 ways, for work and for weekend plans.  I found the Karl Lagerfeld watch on Pinterest, I want it!  Love the tangerine shoes and earrings, it screams Spring to me!

I have a meeting tomorrow and put this outfit together.  Wanted to show some personality with leopard and metal cap booties, but still be professional with the button down, and tights.  Tuck the blouse in and add a black skinny belt for an even better look.

Feeling a bit patriotic for some reason and started with a navy dress for work, then built on from there. I love that I can throw on a blazer to pretty much any dress (length appropriate) and be able to wear it to work.  The nude purse is a staple item, a def must and love these Tory Burch gold studs.

I'm hearing that dark purple will be the "go to" Fall color this coming season so I wanted to give you an example of how you can style it with some of your items you had bought that were trendy this summer.  Get a few more uses out of them.  I changed the shoes for "work" and for "play".
