OOTD- Casual Friday

What I wore for my Casual Friday at work:

Shirt: Old Navy from last summer
black Tank top: Loft from last summer
Dark Blue Skinnies: Lauren Conrad for Kohls
Black boots: DSW
Necklace: Old Navy from last summer
Watch: Bulova

Best Butt Workout:  Kettlebell swings!!!!!  "They work the entire posterior chain that runs from head to heel, making it an excellent workout for the hamstrings, glutes and everything else back there" ~ Courtesy of Jenna Shannon from The Lean Report.

Example Workouts: 4-minute, Tabata-style, high-intensity interval workout. Or, do 200 kettlebell swings for time.
