For our last December linkup, what better way to bring in the New Year than with a Glamorous New Years Eve Party!
I chose this peplum dress because it can be worn for many different occasions. I'm all about getting double and triple use out of items. Dress it up or down and for $80 from Zara last year, this is def a winner! These fun lace booties are from The Loft and something about them screams sexy/fun. I'm loving charcoal and mint together, the dark background really makes the jewelry pop. Add a smokey eye with some light sparkle (age appropriate) and you will be the HOT hostess that everyone wonders... "How does she do it?"
You can even wear this dress to work, add a blazer and tights and work appropriate booties and statement necklace, G2G! (good to go).

The best trend right now is rocking an "arm party". Meaning, pair a few, usually 2 or 3 bracelets on the same arm as your watch. Stella & Dot have some great budget friendly options to add to your accessory collection (Even get them for free, if you host a trunk show!). The Renegade bracelet is my absolute favorite and is a little bit rocker-ish, for that little added spunk to any outfit. By the way, do you love this Coach purse!?!?! I'm dying for it. This will def. be on my Wishlist this Holiday season!

When I laid eyes on this Ann Taylor dress, I instantly thought, this is so versatile, I could wear this with gold or silver. So, I figured it would be a perfect time to show you how. One of my best girlfriends' bday's is coming up and she decided that a bunch of her closest friends and significant others will do dinner and a comedy show to help her celebrate. I can't wait to go out with everyone and celebrate my bestie! Here's what I'm thinking of wearing. A flowy top and some skinny jeans. Statement necklace (would you expect anything less?) and a pair of hot pumps! Depending on the day, and if I'm due for a hair wash or not, I'll do a cute bump and some curls, or a blowout.

There comes a point in time when a guy can NOT rock a backpack while traveling. I would say about 30yrs old. At this time... you need to step it up and get something a little more sophisticated and age appropriate. I found a bunch of nice ones at Zara and they range from $90 to $300 depending on your budget. If you are just going away for the weekend and don't need your piece of luggage that rolls, and is huge, this is the perfect option to get. This is a good investment piece that you will have for a long time and shows that you are more put together than the next guy.

Having kids and running from soccer game to Karate is no excuse for leaving the house in sweats and the T-shirt you slept in the night before. Yes, you can certainly go to Lululemon and find a cute workout outfit and wear that... but I like to give you the option to make it look like you put a little effort into it. This supercute parka from Zara will be your go-to this Spring season, pair it with some boyfriend jeans and fun flats and some jewels and poof! automatically own it! This fun Tory Burch purse isn't a necessity, but if you have the extra cash, it could become a fun staple item in your wardrobe.

In hopes of Spring coming sooner than later, I found some items from JCrew that were on sale that had a Spring feel to them. Any fun colored pencil skirt can be paired with a chambray shirt and chunky necklace and would be work-ready. Stay tuned for my next post on another cute pencil skirt I found on sale!

Depending on if you want to go more casual or a little dressier, I thought of 2 ideas. Sequins are big right now, so this silver sweater from Old Navy for $24 is a no brainer! Pair it with some boyfriend jeans, and some dressy stilettos, and you have yourself a super cute outfit for your Gym Holiday party!
If you want to be a little more dressy, this Zara dress with a gold chain necklace def makes a statement. "I don't always wear tank tops and sports bras, I can clean up pretty dang nice outside the gym". Black tights and black booties for winter and statement clutch.... HOT!

After eating my face off this weekend, I chose to wear all black with some pop of color. It's freezing in my office and since I have no control of the thermostat, I have no choice but to bundle up. I threw on a infinity scarf, winged the eyeliner and chose these shoes as my pop!
