Most of those days consist on an avg. 1 hr looking like this:
I can deadlift over 200lbs, squat 135lbs, clean 155lbs, do pullups, dips and double-unders.
Now, I may not look like I did a year ago:
BUT, I am still a fierce competitor in anything I put my mind to!
Ask yourself......... have you put your whole heart into it?? Was that the best you can do!??
